Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use askrezy.com, including people who use screen readers, a keyboard, voice control, magnification or high contrast.
The standard we meet
This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The Rezy app itself is built to the same standard.
What you can do on this website
- Use it with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, and with a keyboard alone.
- Skip straight to the main content, and move around by headings and landmarks.
- Zoom to 400% and use it at 320 pixels wide without scrolling sideways.
- Read every example conversation and picture as text.
- Use it without animation: nothing moves on its own, and we respect your reduced-motion setting.
How we test it
Every page is checked automatically with axe-core and an accessibility linter before it goes live, including colour contrast behind our metallic backgrounds. The waitlist form, the menu and the questions and answers are tested with a keyboard only. Before launch, people who use screen readers every day test it with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
Known issues
We don't know of any at the moment.
Tell us about a problem
If anything doesn't work for you, email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We'll reply within 2 working days and, if you'd like, add you to the waitlist ourselves.
