Who we are
Rezy (askrezy.com) is responsible for the information you give us on this website. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address and first name.
- Anything else you choose to tell us: your business name, type of business, number of venues, town or city, whether you use Square, and what you're interested in.
- Whether you agreed to launch news, the exact wording you agreed to and when.
- How you found us: the page you joined from, the website that sent you, and campaign codes in the link (for example utm_source).
- If you share your link, who joined through it.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't use analytics that follow you around the web.
Why, and on what basis
- To confirm your place and tell you when Rezy launches, because you asked us to (consent).
- To send launch news and updates, only if you ticked the box (consent).
- To understand which venues are interested so we can plan the launch (our legitimate interests).
Who sees it
Only the Rezy team, and the companies that host our website and database and send our emails on our behalf. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Until Rezy launches and for 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you never confirm your email, we delete your sign-up after 30 days.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe or delete your details at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by emailing [email protected]. You can also ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
